Frequently asked questions

Questions before you bring a puppy home

Short answers to help you find the complete information.

Where do your puppies grow up?

We raise puppies in our home with daily handling and introductions to household experiences. Our About Us page explains our approach and the people behind it.

What should I include in a puppy inquiry?

Tell us about your household, dog experience, daily schedule, preferred timing, and plans for care and training. Begin from a puppy profile if a particular puppy interests you.

What records come with a puppy?

The care folder and calendar record feeding, vaccinations, deworming, veterinary visits and procedures. Registration, pedigree, microchip details and individual care needs are included as available, as described in our policies.

Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?

Our published policy offers home delivery throughout the contiguous United States for a flat $300 transportation fee, separate from the puppy’s purchase price. It includes transportation, the travel crate and carrier charges. Read Shipping & Delivery for full terms.

When can a puppy leave?

No earlier than eight weeks, and only when fully weaned, developmentally ready and cleared for the journey. We confirm the schedule after considering the puppy, route, weather and provider availability.

When should I arrange the first veterinary visit?

Arrange an examination within three days of arrival and bring the care folder and calendar. See the Health Guarantee for the complete responsibilities and claim requirements.

What does the health guarantee cover?

It sets out congenital and inherited coverage through the second birthday, subject to its requirements and referral provisions, plus qualifying arrival-illness protection for company-arranged delivery. Read the full policy for separate benefits, limits, records and deadlines.

How do I report a health concern?

Seek veterinary care when needed. For formal claims, email info@stoneridgebelgianmalinois.com and follow the relevant checklist in the Health Guarantee. Do not delay urgent treatment while waiting for a reply.
